Kim and Ryan had a SUPER easy wedding day where the getting ready and the ceremony was all in the same place. The Kimpton Tryon Park hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of Uptown Charlotte, right across the street from Romare Bearden Park. Kim and her bridesmaids had a relaxing morning filled with lots of laughter in Kimpton Tryon Park’s beautiful two-room bridal suite.

We were very lucky to be able to be able to go to the rooftop (also known as Merchant and Trade to us local Charlotte peeps!) for their first look, along with their amazingly cute dog Sonny.

Kimpton Tryon Park Wedding Reception

One of the benefits to choosing a hotel for your wedding is big halls for your reception. Kim and Ryan entered their reception to a crazy crowd waving towels and screaming. After some sweet and emotional first dances, the dancefloor got wild! The couple celebrated their Jewish heritage with an epic Hora dance (it looked like so much fun!) and the dance floor was packed until the end of the night.
