We could not have been more excited when Nick reached out to us about a surprise proposal in front of the Dunhill Hotel in Uptown Charlotte! He picked the location to ask his new fiancée, Emily, because the bar inside was one of their favorite date-night spots.

His plans for the evening included a nice dinner out to celebrate her recent graduation from nursing school. However, before the meal was over, he left to “go to the bathroom”, but instead hitched a ride to the Dunhill while a friend surprised Emily with a note and instructions to get into the luxury car Nick had arranged for her. Upon her arrival at the Dunhill, Nick got down on one knee and asked her to marry him and she said YES! Emily’s parents and Nick’s mom (her attendance was a surprise for him!) were waiting inside to congratulate them. We were honored to have been included in their intimate engagement and are overjoyed for the happy couple!
